We’ve found patients who know what to expect and understand the how and why of our recommendations tend to get the best results. Our pathway to health is an educational process we set for your first four visits to our office. During each visit, we will partner with you to discover your highest results possible through our educational material. After your fourth visit, you will have the knowledge to make informed decisions regarding your care.
FIRST VISIT
Welcome to your first visit! New patients are requested to fill out a health history questionnaire, to help us understand your health concerns.
A one-on-one consultation with one of our doctors will be done to discuss your health problems and to determine what may be the cause. A comprehensive examination and evaluation will be conducted to determine the precise cause of your health problem. The doctor will advise you if additional laboratory tests, or x-rays are needed.
SECOND VISIT
You will be given a thorough explanation of our treatment and what results can be obtained. If you are accepted as a patient, care will begin!
Because we are working on muscles, treatment on the second, third, and fourth visit is recommended to determine your rate of response. Once your rate of response is determined, we can combine that information with your testing and history to determine what you need to restore your function.
THIRD VISIT
Our different types of care will be explained, so you can choose the type of care you desire.
We will show you how we track your functional progress, so you always know what you need and where you are at functionally.
FOURTH VISIT
We will estimate how many visits you will need, and how long it will take to pass as many of the functional tests as possible.
Cost estimates will be discussed, and options for payment will be offered so you can choose what works best for you. Office policies and patient agreements will be discussed.
